Our Approach
Working with our clients to provide their people with really useful 360 feedback is at the core of what we do. Our on-line tool is reliable, helpful and easy to use, that's important. But much more important is the end result; individuals get pertinent feedback and coaching focused on the things they want to achieve, and are supported in creating a practical, business-based action/development plan.
We support and advise our clients at each stage of the 360 feedback project. Every project is different, but we help clients with…
- Thinking things through and planning - our advice is impartial and expert. We have been known to recommend other solutions or not to do 360 at all. And we’ve over ten years of experience in working with a huge variety of clients, from Alliance & Leicester, the British Board of Film Classification, Dairy Crest, F&C…to Virgin Media and Wyeth Consumer Healthcare.

Our 2007 article published in Selection and Development review presents some of the issues to consider when designing a 360 questionnaire – contact us for a copy.
- Feedback and coaching - 360 Feedback only works well if people are helped to understand their reports and helped to create practical action plans. The academic research is conclusive about that. So, we work hard at supporting HR and line manager coaches. That might be by…
- Providing on-line resources in the form of a simple, step-by-step approach to using 360 Feedback to understand skills and devise a business-focused action plan. Resources include extensive hints and tips on coaching, and hundreds of personal development suggestions.
- Running a short 360 coaching skills workshop for HR or for line managers. We've run very successful workshops for Alliance and Leicester, Dairy Crest, the National Housing Federation… They found a half day workshop gives managers the knowledge, tools and confidence to coach with 360 feedback, and do a great job.
- Providing 1-2-1 coaching for individuals; senior managers in particular often value the opportunity to discuss their feedback with an external coach. We have years of experience of coaching people through their 360 feedback; executives, managers, specialist professionals, talented high potentials, and people who were struggling.
