Offering to provide some resources or expertise for free is one of the ways you could get to know what we can do, how we work, etc. And, it helps us better understand how we might help you. It's not an opportunity for us to attach strings, sell to you, or chase you. We guarantee to do none of those things, but to be as helpful as we can.
Here's some of the ways in which we might help…
| A pilot | We would be delighted to provide feedback and coaching for one of your senior managers. Using our flexible Leadership360 tool we could provide tailor-made feedback and practical performance planning quite quickly if you wished. That's helpful first step if you've an immediate need, or if you would like first-hand experience of how we work. |
| Briefing | Many managers and HR professionals have some experience of 360 Feedback. Regrettably, it's not always been the happiest of experiences. A 90 minute introduction and question/answer meeting will inform people, address their concerns, and help you decide on appropriate next steps. |
| 360 Handbook | The Handbook is probably the most comprehensive and up-to-date resource on 360 Feedback. Most of its chapters are updated and expanded versions of articles from People Management, Coaching at Work, etc... Each year hundreds of HR professionals ask for copies. |
| Questionnaire design | Send us your competencies, and we will be pleased to demonstrate how you might build a pertinent, helpful 360 questionnaire. In the last year alone we’ve helped design questionnaires for Red Bee Media, City University, Thomas Cook, and Digital Property. |
| Evaluation | We have a really helpful 360 evaluation process that's been used by our clients such as Standard Life, Old Mutual Asset Managers, National Housing Federation... The online survey asks about every aspect of a 360 projects, from questionnaire to action planning to impact on performance. Every organisation that has used it has learnt a few very important things. |
