In the past year or two there has been a big change in the way organisations think about 360 feedback. And, therefore what they want from their 360 provider.

Once, organisations ran large-scale 360 projects sometimes with feedback to hundreds of managers. They were projects driven by the software with its fixed process, setup pages, automated reminders, etc… The scale and complexity was impressive. Yet those projects achieved very little, because managers were not engaged and didn't own their feedback. Crucially, managers also received insufficient help understanding their feedback and creating practical action plans.

Everyone seems to have learnt from those disappointments. In hindsight, the 360 projects of five or six years ago were perhaps triumphs of IT over good HR practice.

By contrast, today's 360 projects are often small-scale, carefully managed and well supported with briefings, coaching, and development resources. They also tend be projects for key groups, such as executives and high potential individuals. And, projects which are judged by their tangible benefits to people and the business.

If you're planning a careful, targeted 360 project we can provide an online 360 tool with your branding, competencies, questionnaire, etc… Your website will be available for six months, longer if you wish. And, we will provide software support and upgrades for free.

A very small project is no problem. We can build a bespoke 360 tool which provides feedback to just 10 individuals.

Setting up and overseeing feedback for an individual is very straightforward, and we provide comprehensive online help plus phone support for HR administrators. But, we can administer things if you wish.

We can also help with the really important steps of questionnaire design and training for managers and coaches.

We've designed clear, pertinent 360 questionnaires for many organisations' competency frameworks, e.g. Boots, Dairy Crest, Greene King, Unilever, Lastminute.com, and Standard Life.
